Since the start of Fort Governor’s, we have prided ourselves on humane and ethical hunting practices, focused on restoring wildlife populations and rehabilitating the ecosystem to its pristine, natural state. In our ongoing commitment to maintaining a healthy ecosystem and a diverse genetic pool within the herds, our conservation efforts have led to strong growth in species numbers. We have now reached a stage where it is necessary to harvest select mature buffalo cows as part of our responsible game management approach.

For the 2025 season, we are offering 10 exclusive Management Buffalo Cow hunting packages, priced at $3,500 USD per package. Each package provides a 7-day stay with 5 full days of hunting on the beautiful Fort Governor’s Estate.

Package Includes:

• 7-day stay with 5 full days of hunting

• Transfers to and from the airport (Port Elizabeth or East London)

• Services of a professional hunter, tracker, and hunting vehicle

• All meals and accommodation, including soft drinks

• WiFi in camp

• Field preparation of trophies and delivery to the taxidermist

• VAT, license/permit fees

Package Excludes:

• Airfares to and from South Africa

• Taxidermy services

• Additional trophies, cull animals, and extra days (available upon consultation before or during your safari)

• Rifle hire
